Bush Stone-curlew

During a Winter trip to Darwin to enjoy the warmer weather of the dry season up north, I spent some time with a very healthy population of Bush-stone Curlew at Casuarina Coastal Reserve.  The weather was perfect, and as the sun set for the evening, the colours of the red dirt glowed in the sunlight.  As the light faded, these colours turned into a series of beautiful pastel tones.  This photograph was taken during twilight after the sun had already set.  I really love the colours!

PRINT INFORMATION

All prints are produced by a local professional printer in Melbourne with whom I’ve been working with for a number of years. Finished prints are of exceptional quality (I have several in my own home!). Prints are produced on museum grade Canson Lustre Premium papers, designed to comply with the highest lifespan requirements, using high quality archival inks, to ensure an exceptional finished product.

Note all prints are produced to order and come rolled for safe transport. You will need to have them mounted and framed before displaying.
